Welcome to Fireplace Holidays Budapest. By accessing our website (https://budapestapartmentsrent.com) and/or booking accommodation with us, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. General
1.1 These Terms govern the use of our website, booking services, and accommodation offered by Fireplace Holidays Budapest.
1.2 By making a reservation, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements.
2. Reservations & Payments
2.1 All reservations must be made through our official website, authorized booking platforms, or directly with our reservations team.
2.2 Payments are accepted via credit/debit card or other approved methods.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
3.1 Guests may cancel their booking free of charge up to 72 hours before arrival.
3.2 If a cancellation is made later than this period, the deposit may be withheld.
3.3 Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.
3.4 No-shows will be charged the full booking amount.
4. Check-in & Check-out
4.1 Check-in: From 15:00 local time.
4.2 Check-out: By 10:00 local time.
4.3 Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability and additional charges.
5. Guest Responsibilities
5.1 Guests must provide valid identification at check-in.
5.2 The premises must be used responsibly. Any damage caused to property, furnishings, or equipment will be charged to the guest.
5.3 Noise must be kept at a minimum to respect other guests and neighbors.
5.4 Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all apartments and common areas.
5.5 Pets are permitted upon agreement.
6. Property Rules
6.1 No illegal activities are allowed on the premises.
6.2 Maximum occupancy per apartment booking must not be exceeded.
6.3 Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. Fireplace Holidays Budapest is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal property.
7. Liability
7.1 Fireplace Holidays Budapest is not responsible for:
- Interruptions in utilities (water, electricity, internet) due to third-party providers.
- Injuries, accidents, or illnesses that occur during your stay.
- Force majeure events beyond our control (e.g., strikes, pandemics, natural disasters).
7.2 Our liability is limited to the value of the booking amount paid.
8. Website Use
8.1 Content on our website is provided for general information and booking purposes only.
8.2 Unauthorized use of this website, including scraping, copying, or resale of content, is prohibited.
9. Privacy & Data Protection
9.1 Guest data is collected and processed in accordance with applicable GDPR regulations.
9.2 Personal information will not be shared with third parties except where required for legal compliance or booking management.
10. Governing Law
10.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hungary.
10.2 Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Budapest, Hungary.
